The Glock 48 MOS / FS pistol is a compact, slimline model - optimized for concealed carry.
The G48 MOS, which comes in 9mm Luger, has milling for micro-optics such as Red Dot Sights and the Glock Slim mounting rail for attaching practical accessories. This means that the pistol can be used for disciplines with mechanical sights as well as with special optical systems. The conversion is simple and can be carried out by the shooter himself.
The G48 MOS is of similar length and height to the compact G19, but features the Glock slimline design with a reduced pistol width (only 28 mm) for perfect - concealed - carry comfort. The pistol contains elements of the Slimline series such as the short trigger travel, a frame with beavertail, an exchangeable magazine holder and the very precise Glock Marksman barrel (GMB) in match quality with a polygon profile. The front serrations ensure quick and easy loading.
The revised GEN5 magazine well has an internal magazine funnel in which the grip has been slightly widened towards the outside. This makes reloading much easier and faster. Even in poor lighting conditions, the orange feeder is immediately visible in the empty magazine.
